Returns & Exchanges

If you make a purchase with us and find you have gotten the wrong size or product, we will happily exchange it for you.

All items deemed to be exchangeable or returned need to be in "as purchased" condition.

All returns and shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

Refunds are only given if item cannot be replaced or exchanged and at the discretion of OzSurplus.com.au.

Refunds are not given for change of mind purchases.
